Benjamin and Regina Lyles founded Bikini Beans Espresso opening their first location in 2014. Originally from Seattle, Washington they moved to the valley of the sun Phoenix, Arizona bringing their knowledge and passion for coffee along with them. With a high entrepreneur spirit they quickly noticed the hottest state in the country was missing out on something, BIKINI BARISTAS!!! Recognizing the opportunity they embarked on a journey to open Bikini Beans Espresso. They realized customer service wasn’t what it used to be and they sought out to change this through their mission. They wanted customers to feel appreciated and recognized as an individual, not a transaction. They wanted customer service to be authentic but not forced or over the top. In order to achieve this they created a culture that focused directly on customer service. By remembering their customer’s names and orders, asking their customers to try their drink before they leave, and finishing off with an appreciation statement along with a friendly smile is some of the things outside of the bikini in which sets them apart.
Why the bikini concept? The bikini symbolizes their mission to live life to the fullest, not conforming to anyone standards on what defines a successful uniform. It’s their way of inspiring others to do what they enjoy and love. Benjamin and Regina have two beautiful daughters named Audriana and Raegan. Bikini Beans Espresso is proud to be family owned and operated. Their beans are roasted locally right here in the valley fresh to order. The family is committed to growing Bikini Beans Espresso into the first corporate, bikini barista drive-through nationwide.
